1. Shipping & Handling Timelines
Before your order is shipped, every jersey undergoes a professional quality inspection. Please note our standard timelines:
- Order Processing Time: 3–5 business days (customized jerseys may take an additional 2 days).
- Standard Shipping Time: 7–15 business days via our global partners (DHL, FedEx, etc.).
2. 30-Day Quality Guarantee
We provide a 30-day return window from the date your order is dispatched (shipped). If you encounter any quality issues, please contact us at [email protected] within this timeframe.
3. Quality Issues & Partial Refunds
If your jersey arrives with significant manufacturing defects (e.g., severe stitching errors, incorrect badge placement, or wrong size sent by us), we offer the following solutions:
- Full Reshipment: We will send a replacement jersey at no cost to you.
- Partial Refund: In cases where the defect is minor but acceptable to the fan, we can offer a Partial Refund to your original payment method, allowing you to keep the item without the hassle of a return.
- Full Refund: If a resolution cannot be reached, a full refund will be issued upon authorized return.
4. Return Shipping Responsibilities
To keep our prices competitive, shipping costs are allocated based on the reason for the return:
- Customer Responsibility: For non-quality related issues (change of mind, ordering the wrong size despite our “Size Up” recommendation), the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
- Important: We do not accept “Cash on Delivery” (COD) or “Freight Collect” mail. Any return sent with unpaid shipping fees will be rejected by our warehouse.
