2. Products and Descriptions
We strive to display the colors and details of our jerseys (Authentic and Fan versions) as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.
Sizing Notice: Our kits feature an athletic slim fit. We provide a detailed Size Chart and strongly recommend that customers “Size Up”. Jerserys.com is not liable for items that do not fit if the measurements match our provided charts.
3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We support secure Credit Card payments. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.
4. Shipping & Global Delivery
Our products are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in China to ensure factory-direct quality and pricing.
- Logistics: We partner with FedEx and E-packet for reliable global delivery.
- Timelines: Standard shipping to the USA is 7–14 business days. Processing time typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Customs: Customers are responsible for any local import duties or taxes that may apply in their respective countries.
5. Returns & Quality Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return window for quality issues or incorrect items.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund for minor defects, allowing you to keep the item.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality related issues.
- No COD: We do not accept “Cash on Delivery” or “Freight Collect” returns. Any such packages will be rejected.
