Important Information
Please note that orders typically take 3–5 business days to process and inspect before a tracking number is generated. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days for the USA and 10–20 days internationally.

Return & Support FAQs
Q: My tracking number shows no information. Is something wrong?
A: It often takes 2–3 business days for the carrier (FedEx or E-packet) to scan the package into their system after the tracking number is generated. Please check back in 48 hours.
Q: Can I change my shipping address while the order is in transit?
A: Once an order has been dispatched from our facility in China, we cannot change the delivery address. Please contact the courier directly or email us at [email protected] for assistance.
Q: What should I do if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?
A: First, check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot find it, please contact our support team within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
Q: I received my jersey but it has a quality issue. How do I return it?
A: We offer a 30-day quality guarantee. Please email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide a reshipment or a partial refund as per our policy.
Q: Do you accept COD (Cash on Delivery) for returns?
A: No. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (for non-quality issues). We do not accept “Freight Collect” or COD mail; such packages will be rejected.
